Alamogordo Attorneys Give Legal Help on July 31

Albuquerque, N.M.—Residents of Alamogordo can attend free one-hour seminars and optional 20-minute consultations on a variety of topics from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., July 31, at the Otero County Courthouse, 1000 New York Avenue. Attorneys from the 12th Judicial District will be on hand to present:
• Credit Card/Debt Collections
• Landlord/Tenant Rights
• Self Representation in Magistrate Court
• Social Security (SSI/SSDI)
• Wills/Powers of Attorney/Healthcare Directives,
• Anatomy of Criminal Case,
• New Mexico Court Structure
• Grandparent Visitation Rights
• Dividing Assets and Debts in Divorce

Consultations will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign in from 10 to 11:15 a.m. for the morning session or 12:45 to 1:15 p.m. for the afternoon session. Topics that may be covered are:
