Attorneys Give Free Legal Help in Portales

 

Albuquerque, N.M. – A free “Ask a Lawyer” legal fair will be held in Portales from
2–4 p.m., Nov. 1, at the YAM Theatre, 219 South Main St., Portales. Attorneys will be available to provide free consultations on a first-come, first-served basis on a variety of civil legal topics, including probate, divorce, custody, landlord/tenant, bankruptcy, personal injury and creditor/debtor. Interpreters will be available.

 

This clinic is presented by the Ninth Judicial District Pro Bono Committee, co-chaired by Judge Donna Mowrer and Judge Fred Van Soelen.
