Business Law Institute Provides Business Law Strategies for Troubled Times
Albuquerque, N.M.—The State Bar of New Mexico Business Law Section will hold the 2011 Business Law Institute, a continuing legal education event, Nov. 4, at the State Bar Center.
Topics include overviews of basic concepts and planning tools, domestic vs. foreign asset protection trusts, tax issues, trust law and contempt law, bankruptcy and bank negotiations, and ethics.
