Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Nuts and Bolts
Albuquerque, N.M.—The State Bar Center for Legal Education and the State Bar Bankruptcy Law Section will present The Nuts and Bolts of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Nov. 16 at the State Bar Center in Albuquerque. The continuing legal education program will feature Hon. Robert H. Jacobvitz, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico, and George Moore of Moore Berkson & Gandarilla PC.
Jacobvitz and Moore will address pre-filing issues, deadlines, stay motions, plan and disclosure statements, and claims issues, among other topics.
The Bankruptcy Law Section is an active group within the State Bar that works to create opportunities to educate both the public and the legal community about bankruptcy laws, trends, and national developments.
