Attorneys Give Free Legal Help in Otero County

 

Albuquerque, N.M. – A free legal fair will be held in Alamogordo from 10 a.m.–
2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Otero County Courthouse, 1000 New York Ave., Alamogordo. Attorneys will be available to provide free consultations on a first-come, first-served basis on a variety of civil legal topics, including probate, divorce, custody, landlord/tenant, bankruptcy, unemployment, and immigration. In addition to the main clinic, a divorce clinic will be held at 11 a.m. to help individuals understand the divorce process and receive help filling out their paperwork. Interpreters will be available.
