Real Property Institute Will Update Attorneys

Albuquerque, N.M.— The State Bar Center for Legal Education and the State Bar Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section will present the 2011 Real Property Institute Dec. 2 at the State Bar Center in Albuquerque.

The continuing legal education program will feature Linda Isaida Leyba, Edward J. Roibal, John P. Burton, Orlando Lucero, Julie J. Vargas, James T. Reist, Margaret Lewis Meister, Ruth M. Schifani, Eric Lewis Laurence, and Keya Koul.

Topics include updates on title insurance, statutes and decisions; deeds of trust and real estate contracts; ethics; commercial loans and foreclosure issues; and landlord/tenant issues, among other topics.
