Real Property Institute to Update Attorneys
Albuquerque, N.M. – The State Bar of New Mexico Real Property, Trust and Estate Section will present the 2010 Real Property Institute Dec. 9 at the State Bar Center in Albuquerque.
Topics include mortgages and deeds of trust, real estate contracts, title matters, and commercial real estate loan sales, among others.
Presenters of the continuing education program will include local attorneys Linda Leyba, Orlando Lucero, Robert Lucero, Mark Styles, Lawrence Wells, Edward Roibal, Bruce Castle and Meg Meister.
The State Bar of New Mexico was organized in 1886 and is composed of more than 8500 members. Its purposes are to aid the courts in administering justice and preserving the rule of law, and to foster a high standard of integrity and competence within the legal profession.
