Recent Procurement Code Developments to be Discussed at Institute
Albuquerque, N.M.—The State Bar of New Mexico Public Law Section is sponsoring the upcoming Craig Othmer Memorial Procurement Code Institute Oct. 21 at the State Personnel Office Auditorium, 2600 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe.
The continuing legal education program will offer presentations from several state officials, including: State Purchasing Agent and Director Larry Maxwell, New Mexico State Purchasing Division; Deputy Director Ross Boom, New Mexico State Purchasing Division; Purchasing Manager Robert Telles, City of Las Cruces; Assistant Attorney General Mona Valicenti; Deputy Director Ross Boom, New Mexico State Purchasing Division; IT/RFP Buying Supervisor Gerrie Becker, New Mexico State Purchasing Division; and Executive Procurement Office Supervisor Kathy Sanchez, New Mexico State Purchasing Division.
