State Bar President to Speak to Tucumcari Attorneys on Aug. 11

Albuquerque, N.M. – State Bar President Henry A. Alaniz will meet with Quay County Bar Association members at a luncheon at noon on Tuesday, August 11, at the K-Bob’s at 200 W. Estrella Ave. in Tucumcari (I-40 & 1st Street). President Alaniz will discuss programs that the State Bar offers the public, the state of the State Bar and issues facing the profession. Members of the media are invited to attend.

The State Bar of New Mexico was organized in 1886 and is composed of more than 8500 members. Its purposes are to aid the courts in administering justice and preserving the rule of law, and to foster a high standard of integrity and competence within the legal profession.
