Hello, Members:
The Business Law Section Nominating Committee has issued its report, below, proposing a slate of officers for 2015. If you want to contest the election, please get the signatures of at least 10 members of the section on the petition, email it to D.D. Wolohan by Oct. 31, and state which position you are contesting. A runoff will follow. If there is no opposition after Oct. 31, the slate is approved by acclamation and will serve in 2015.
