A. To sponsor continuing legal education programs for the Bar in the fields of Employment and Labor Law;
B. To advance the quality of legal services provided by members of the State Bar of New Mexico, in the subject areas of the Section;
C. To provide general legal information to the public through seminars, publications, the media, and educational institutions;
D. To coordinate and co-sponsor activities with the business and labor communities in the State of New Mexico, in order to further the economic development of the State; and
E. To establish links with the Employment and Labor Law Section of the American Bar Association and other similar professional organizations.
You may be enrolled as a member of the Employment and Labor Law Section if you are a member in good standing of the State Bar of New Mexico.
