The CLE Committee is responsible for planning and organizing CLE courses sponsored by the State Bar of New Mexico and/or the Indian Law Section. The following CLE events are scheduled for 2010:

The Outreach & Recruiting Committee was created to increase section membership and participation in section events.
- Indian Law Section Mixer - Thursday, August 19, 2010
Please join the Indian Law Section for a Fall Mixer at the imbibe Rooftop Patio, 3101 Central Ave. NE, Albuquerque, on Thursday August 19, 2010 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Light appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available. This social event will provide an opportunity for new and existing members of the Section to gather in an informal setting to relax, get acquainted, and catch up with other attorneys that are interested in Indian law.
Section members are admitted for free. Non-section members can join the Section for $20. All other guests can join the fun for $20. All mixer attendees will be eligible for door prizes to be given away at the event.

Bar Preparation Scholarship
The Bar Preparation Scholarship was established to help defray the costs of bar examination application fees and preparation courses for third-year UNM law students who intend to take the New Mexico Bar and practice Indian Law.
