2006 Handbook of Tribal Courts in New Mexico

The importance of the handbook is help take some of the mystery out of practicing in tribal courts. The handbook is intended to help attorneys and advocates become more aware of the various individual tribal court systems and to learn their rules and protocol. The handbook is organized by Tribe.

The New Mexico Tribal Court Handbook has been and will be a continual work-in-progress.  Updates will be indicated in the year they are made, i.e. updates made for this year's publication (Vol. 7) and throughout the year will be indicated as the 2007 version of a particular tribe's Court profile.  Both Vol. 6 (Justin Solimon, Managing Editor and Derek Lente, Handbook Editor) and Vol. 7 (Edward Kelley and David Adams, Handbook/Web Editors and Phil Morin, Managing Editor) editors and their entire staff deserve credit for all their efforts in producing this great resource.
