To learn more about NREEL related law in action, consider attending a relevant oral argument or a regulatory board meeting. Information about interesting oral arguments will be posted below when applicable or you may contact the courts yourself for more information.

Environmental Improvement Board

The Environmental Improvement Board "usually meets in Public under the auspices of the Open Meetings Act on the first Tuesday of every month. Public meetings are predominantly scheduled to be held in Santa Fe and during the Winter season in Albuquerque. Other locations will be indicated on the meeting agenda. Water Quality Control Commission

Water Quality Control Commission "The Commission usually meets in public on the second Tuesday of the month. The WQCC may not meet during the legislative session or if there are no agenda items to discuss. Meetings are usually in the City of Santa Fe or as indicated on the meeting notice." Air Quality Control Board

While the rest of the state is governed by the New Mexico Air Quality Bureau, the Air Quality Control Board has authority over Bernalillo County.
