The Bar Bulletin is the official publication of the State Bar of New Mexico and is published every Monday. It includes the complete text of advance opinions issued each week by the New Mexico Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals, writs of certiorari, the list of published and unpublished Court of Appeals' opinions, the legal education calendar, notices and announcements, and classified advertising. Letters to the editor and articles/stories of interest to the membership are also published. The circulation of approximately 6,900 includes all practicing attorneys in New Mexico, court officials, federal judges, libraries, other subscribers, and advertisers.
Contributions and announcements to the Bar Bulletin are welcome, but the right is reserved to select material to be published. Unless otherwise specified, publication of any announcement or statement is not deemed to be an endorsement by the State Bar of New Mexico of the views expressed therein, nor shall publication of any advertisement be considered an endorsement by the State Bar of the product or service involved.
