Attorneys who meet certain requirements can apply for a fee waiver. The following waivers are available:
Publications Fee Waiver (Available only to attorneys on inactive status, 75 or older, who’ve practiced law in New Mexico 25 years or more, AND do not want to receive Bar publications).
Fee Waiver available for seventy (70) years of age or older, OR has a physical or mental impairment
AND income less than $30,000 in 2007. Available upon request. AFFIDAVIT REQUIRED.
Legal services attorney discount available upon request. AFFIDAVIT REQUIRED.
Military Mobilized Reservists fee waiver available upon request. AFFIDAVIT REQUIRED.
