Criminal Law Attorneys To Take Close Look at DWI

Albuquerque, N.M.—The State Bar Center for Legal Education and the State Bar Criminal Law Section will present DWI: Beyond the Courtroom Nov. 17 at the State Bar Center in Albuquerque. The continuing legal education program will feature Stanley D. Harada, Scott Aaron, Irma Pluemer, and Jean-Claude Guennette.

Topics include vehicle forfeiture, immigration consequences, license revocation hearing process, and technological advances in ignition interlocks.
