Disciplinary Board

The purpose of the Disciplinary Board is to look into complaints about attorneys licensed in New Mexico to determine whether the attorney has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct, which are part of the New Mexico Statutes.

MCLE (Minimum Continuing Legal Education)

MCLE is a regulatory agency of the New Mexico Supreme Court. MCLE tracks credits and reports attorneys compliance and non-compliance to the New Mexico Supreme Court.
