33rd Annual Bankruptcy Year in Review Seminar
The seminar focuses on developments in case law on bankruptcy issues in 2017, both nationally and locally, with special emphasis on decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court, tenth Circuit Court of appeals, tenth Circuit B.A.P. and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the district of New Mexico. Also included are presentations by the bankruptcy judges for the district of New Mexico, the Assistant U.S. Trustee for the district of New Mexico, the clerk of court, and an ethics/professionalism presentation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact the CLE Department. We’d be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or future CLE event. A full refund will be given to registrants who cancel 2 or more business days before the program date. Cancellation requests received within 1 day of the program will not be eligible for a refund, but the fees may be applied to a future CLE program offered in the same compliance year.

To request a refund, send an email to cleonline@nmbar.org. Include your name, bar ID, name and date of program, price and method of payment that was used to pay for the program.
