Fit To Practice

This one hour CLE program will focus on the importance of self-care in order to be a competent and ethical lawyer.  A personal story about alcohol abuse and depression, information about signs of mental health and substance abuse problems and the duty to address these issues personally and with colleagues will be discussed along with the connection between physical fitness and mental fitness.  Attendees will leave able to identify and address whether or not their current approach to the profession allows them to be fit to practice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact the CLE Department. We’d be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or future CLE event. A full refund will be given to registrants who cancel 2 or more business days before the program date. Cancellation requests received within 1 day of the program will not be eligible for a refund, but the fees may be applied to a future CLE program offered in the same compliance year.

To request a refund, send an email to cleonline@nmbar.org. Include your name, bar ID, name and date of program, price and method of payment that was used to pay for the program.
