This session will include an overview of current technologies that can take a trial lawyers’ presentation to another level. Attendees will learn what trial technologies/products are available to trial lawyers (hardware and software options), which technologies are allowed in the courtroom, and tips and techniques to use when deciding which technological tools to use to make one’s point and tell the client’s story to the judge and jury. Possible objections to the use of various sorts of technology will also be discussed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact the CLE Department. We’d be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or future CLE event. A full refund will be given to registrants who cancel 2 or more business days before the program date. Cancellation requests received within 1 day of the program will not be eligible for a refund, but the fees may be applied to a future CLE program offered in the same compliance year.
