Diversity Issues Ripped From the Headlines

This program will discuss a multitude of legal issues related to today’s headlines including national security and immigration, transgender issues, the future of DACA, and mass incarceration in the United States.  The program will also discuss ethical and constitutional issues related to access to interpreters for Native Americans and the real world impact of all these issues to the legal profession.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact the CLE Department. We’d be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or future CLE event. A full refund will be given to registrants who cancel 2 or more business days before the program date. Cancellation requests received within 1 day of the program will not be eligible for a refund, but the fees may be applied to a future CLE program offered in the same compliance year.

To request a refund, send an email to cleonline@nmbar.org. Include your name, bar ID, name and date of program, price and method of payment that was used to pay for the program.
