Recent Statutory Changes That Are Overlooked & Underutilized

Recent Statutory Changes That Are Overlooked & Underutilized
Various changes have been made in recent years to the UPC, UTC and other statutes that affect trusts and estates. This CLE will provide a quick overview of some of the more subtle, but important, changes that you may have missed. Come make sure you are up to speed. The program will be proceeded by a networking meeting sponsored by the Trust and Estate Division which will allow attendees the opportunity to discuss substantive practice issues with other division members.  Light food and beverages will be provided.  If you would like to attend the networking meeting, please R.S.V.P. before August 15, to Greg MacKenzie at greg@hurleyfirm.com.
