Trial Know-How! (The Rush To Judgment)

2017 Trial Practice Section Annual Institute

At the Trial Know-How! (The Rush to Judgment) CLE, attendees will learn how to fine tune their courtroom strategy, how to employ effective cross examination techniques and how to best handle litigation issues including discovery, voir dire and pro se litigants. Attendees will also learn about a litigator’s ethical obligations and hear from a panel comprised of state and federal judges who will be sharing insight about what litigators should know before appearing in their courtroom.

Please note: for remote-access programs, each registrant MUST access the program from individual devices (i.e. computer, table, mobile or office phone). Groups of attorneys who access a program together from one device will not receive credit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact the CLE Department. We’d be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or future CLE event. A full refund will be given to registrants who cancel 2 or more business days before the program date. Cancellation requests received within 1 day of the program will not be eligible for a refund, but the fees may be applied to a future CLE program offered in the same compliance year.
