Introduction To New Mexico's Uniform Directed Trust Act
The Uniform Law Commission promulgated the Uniform Directed Trust Act in 2017.  The Act was promptly adopted by the N.M. legislature in 2018 with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2019. This presentation will introduce the audience to Uniform Directed Trust Act as adopted in N.M.. The program will be followed by a networking meeting sponsored by the Trust and Estate Division which will allow attendees the opportunity to discuss substantive practice issues with other division members.  Light food and beverages will be provided.  If you would like to attend the networking meeting, please R.S.V.P. before May 18, to Greg MacKenzie at greg@hurleyfirm.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact the CLE Department. We’d be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague or future CLE event. A full refund will be given to registrants who cancel 2 or more business days before the program date. Cancellation requests received within 1 day of the program will not be eligible for a refund, but the fees may be applied to a future CLE program offered in the same compliance year.
